I'm committed to ongoing education so I can bring you the most effective, evidence-based guidance for your health journey.

Not at all! While I'm based in Tulum, the majority of my clients are in the US, Canada, and around the world. All coaching sessions happen virtually — by video call — so you can work with me from anywhere. The only thing you need is a good internet connection and the commitment to show up for yourself.

Each session is about 60 minutes and happens over video call. We start by checking in on your progress, wins, and any challenges since our last session. Then we dive into the focus area for that week — whether it's adjusting your meal plan, tackling a mindset block, building a new habit, or planning your Smart Shopping list. You'll always leave with clear action steps for the week ahead.

Every meal plan and nutrition recommendation is built around your specific needs — including allergies, intolerances, cultural preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you're gluten-free, vegan, dealing with gut sensitivities, or simply a picky eater, your plan will work for you, not against you.

Yes! Smart Shopping Guidance means you have direct access to Monica while you're at the grocery store. If you're standing in the aisle unsure about a product, you can call or message her on WhatsApp in real time. She'll help you evaluate items in your cart, read labels, choose better alternatives, and build a weekly grocery haul that actually supports your health goals. Think of it as having a nutritionist in your pocket every time you shop.

Yes — the Starter and Transform plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause at any time. The All-In plan is a 3-month commitment at a discounted rate, designed for clients who are ready to go all-in on their transformation.
